A Man From Mars is one of ten upcoming etudes from my Electroacoustic Etudes! The album/scores will be officially released some time in September BUT to hold you over (and give you a little taste...) here's a single for you to enjoy.

A Man From Mars is a piece for clarinet and "tape" with a LoFi beat and some great old SciFi sampling. It's a really fun tune to play and I love how the clarinet doesn't sound out of place. This particular recording was made at Phoenix Conservatory of Music and was used for the world premiere at the ICA Clarinet Convention in 2021.
